At Hippo Shades, we don't just ship boxes; we ship the finishing touches to your home. We take extra care to ensure your custom shades arrive as perfect as they left our facility.
1. Production & Delivery Timelines
Every Hippo Shade is custom-inspected. Please note our current estimated timelines:
- 🛠️ Production Lead Time: Please allow 1–2 weeks for professional manufacturing and quality calibration.
- 🚚 Shipping & Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location.
🛡️ Hippo-Proof Packaging
Window treatments are long and can be delicate. We use reinforced, heavy-duty cardboard housing and internal shock-absorption to prevent bending during transit. If your package arrives with visible damage, please take a photo and contact us immediately.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number (FedEx or UPS). Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
